How do I reset my password?

Go to Settings > Account > Reset Password in the app. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. From there you can cancel your subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Can I export my workout data?

Yes! Pro subscribers can export data to CSV or PDF. Go to Settings > Data > Export to download your workout history.

How do I sync across devices?

Cloud sync is available for Premium and Pro subscribers. Simply sign in with the same account on all devices, and your data will sync automatically.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
