• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from workout activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Rusherr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rusherr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
